Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, you cannot use this app.

One account per person. Don't create accounts for other people, and don't share yours.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.

I Feel You is a text-first connection app: you are matched entirely on what you write, never on a photo. There are no followers, no likes and no leaderboards. You write one daily reflection and answer a small set of matching questions, and other people can choose to connect with you based on those words.

Once you are matched, you can send a photo or voice note in that conversation, and anyone can attach one to their own journal entry. Neither ever plays any part in matching.

We do not promise you matches, conversations, relationships or any particular outcome.

Be a decent human. No harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal where you live.

No impersonation, no pretending to be someone you're not, no scams, no crypto pitches, no soliciting money, no advertising or recruiting.

No scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, or attempts to break, overload or bypass the app's security or limits.

Don't copy, republish or share another person's reflections or messages outside the app.

What you write stays yours. You keep ownership of your reflections, answers and messages.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your content inside the app so it can be shown to the people the app is designed to show it to, and to no one else. We do not sell your writing, license it to third parties, publish it publicly, or use it for advertising.

You are responsible for what you write. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

The name I Feel You, the design, the interface, the wording of our prompts, the code and everything else that makes up the app belongs to us. You may use the app; you may not copy or resell it.

The core app is free with a daily limit on connections. Membership removes that limit.

Membership is sold on a weekly or monthly recurring basis and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in the app before you pay and may change with notice.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund partial periods unless the law where you live requires it.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Either person can unmatch at any time. When that happens, the match, the conversation and the shared history are deleted for both of you.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or endangers other people, with or without notice depending on the severity.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is permanent.

The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running, safe and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that everyone on it is who they say they are.

Use your judgement. Meeting anyone in person is your decision and your responsibility: tell someone where you're going, meet in public, and trust your instincts.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll ask you to accept the new version the next time you open the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept it.

These terms are governed by Belgian law and the courts of Belgium, without affecting mandatory protections in your own country of residence.

I Feel You is operated by an individual based in Belgium, who is also the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR.
